A content strategist is responsible for the development and implementation of a website's content strategy. The role involves researching, designing, writing, editing, optimizing and promoting web content to create an engaging user experience. Content strategists are also responsible for creating plans that ensure each page meets the needs of visitors in terms of both usability and accessibility. This includes maintaining editorial guidelines across all pages on the site as well as ongoing monitoring of how users interact with the site in order to make necessary improvements.
